Rockin' for Research Craft Fair

Vendor Information & Forms

Thank you for your interest in having a craft booth at Rockin' for Research 2019 music concert benefit for the Amaranth Diabetes Foundation. 

  • The event will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019, in downtown Graham, NC. (This is a rain or shine event, with no rain date.)
  • Rockin' for Research 2019 Craft Fair is located in the West Elm Street parking lot. (As pictured above.)
  • There are are approximately 30 vendor spaces available.
  • Individual booths are 10'x10'.
  • Commercial/Business Booth Price: $60.00 (or greater) donation to the Amaranth Diabetes Foundation
  • Civic and Charitable Booth Price: $30.00 (or greater) donation to the Amaranth Diabetes Foundation
  • Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis.
  • Booths may be reserved with prepayment.
  • Vendor sign up begins at 9:00am, with all booths ready to open at 10:00am.
  • Reserved booths may load in as early as 7am. All others will load in after signup at 9am.
  • The Craft Fair will officially operate from 10:00am, until 7:00pm.
  • Booths are made available for your group/organization/business to sell any items you wish to sell. Prohibited items are alcohol, firearms or illicit/illegal items or activities. 
  • All Tents/Canopies shall be weighted.
  • Limited Electricity is available. Please bring any extension cords you may need. 
  • Only foods that do not require preparation with an open flame are permitted. 
  • You may reserve a booth by filling out the form below. We will confirm reservations, by phone and email.

All proceeds from the sale of BBQ goes to Rockin' for Research.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rockin' for Research 2019 music concert benefit for the Amaranth Diabetes Foundation by competing in the Maple Street Tavern 1st Annual BBQ Cookoff.

  • The event will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019, in downtown Graham, NC. 
  • Maple Street Tavern Cook Off is located in the West Elm Street parking lot. (As pictured above.) 
  • There are are approximately 20 entries available.
  • Please download the form below and drop off at Maple Street Tavern any day between 4pm and 8pm
  • After judging, all meat will be served as a donation to Rockin' for Research 2019.
